This Boutique development has been designed using passive energy design principles to achieve carbon zero footprint. The building is functional, sustainable and purpose built to utilize natural elements and the environment. 100 percent solar powered allows for off grid capabilities. Ventilation blocks are used as an external layer to create shade on the facades and enable the easterly ocean winds to cross ventilate internal spaces.
